This ship’s interior pays homage to the Queen of Fado, Amalia Rodrigues, the famous Portuguese singer and actress.
The warm terracotta tones suggest the streets in Lisbon and the accessories the fadista wore on stage. Light-hued woods and wicker bring to mind the guitars that are part of the genuine southern Portuguese spirit.
Built in 2018 and christened in 2019, this Superior-category ship offers ample space in each cabin and public areas. Large picture windows on the Upper and Mid Decks display all the scenery as the ship cruises. These decks share four suites. Two of the suites have private patios with sunloungers.
All the meals during the cruise are served in the restaurant on the Main Deck. Onboard fun, music, and dancing happen in the lounge and bar on the Mid Deck bow, where a cozy patio also provides great landscape views.
The Sun Deck has a pool and sunloungers that everyone can enjoy.
Gratuities are at the discretion of passengers.
Tipping practices vary widely between countries and cultures. At CroisiEurope, tips are distributed equally among all crew members. This gesture from our passengers reflects their appreciation for the quality of service and attention they have received throughout their cruise, at every level.
How much should I tip?
A tip of €5 to €10 per person per day is a common guideline, but each passenger is, of course, free to give any amount they feel appropriate.
For your convenience, an envelope will be placed in your cabin on your final evening aboard. You can leave it in the designated box at the reception desk when you disembark.
This information applies to river and sea cruises operated by vessels in the CroisiEurope fleet.
Enjoy the comforts of home onboard with CroisiEurope. Cosy, tastefully decorated cabins greet passengers like a home from home. After dinner, retire to your private cabin in comfort for the night; all cabins are tastefully decorated and are equipped with all amenities required for your comfort.
At CroisiEurope, the day begins with a continental breakfast buffet, rich and varied: pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit juice, a wide selection of breads, jams, cold meats, eggs, fresh fruits and yogurts.
Lunch and dinner are served at fixed times in one service. They offer a complete menu (starter - main course - dessert) composed by our chefs. They pay homage to French gastronomy and can satisfy the palates of our international clientele. The surprise is always there with finishing touches, and local flavors conducive to a culinary immersion in the visited country of the itinerary.
Produced daily on the spot, using mainly fresh products, they are accompanied by a selection of wines chosen for their quality and their compatibility with the dishes, and are included in the price of the cruise (except wines from the specific wine list).
Often, lectures on subjects related to the history and geography of the places visited, are offered in the lounge bar.
Many activities and entertainment are offered on board – and we encourage our guests to join in on the fun.
Before dinner, games and quizzes are hosted by our entertainers in the lounge bar.
On the sun deck, you can stroll alone, be with family or friends, sit comfortably in the sun loungers, or enjoy a drink while enjoying the passing landscapes. Want to keep fit? Gymnastics sessions are organized in the morning, and you can jog or walk the riverbanks during free time in port.
On some of our boats, in Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Mekong and Africa, the sun deck has a swimming pool.
The panoramic lounge bar, the library and the "pianorama-bar" (the latter 2 are available on some boats only), are refined and furnished with taste. It is nice place to spend quiet moments after returning from excursions for example.
Often, lectures on subjects related to the history and geography of the places visited, are offered in the lounge bar.
Some evenings, the dance floor of the lounge comes to life. Musical evenings, folk groups or singers, variety shows where the crew members reveal their hidden talents, are all chances to let loose after a day of touring! And don’t forget the Gala evening – a farewell to your new friends. There’s no lack of fun to have on board, or memories to take with you!
The Sun Deck has a pool and sunloungers that everyone can enjoy.
Mini and junior-clubs: Children can enjoy on-board entertainment (water games, sports and manual activities), they can take part in an end of cruise show given to parents and grandparents and many other surprises
