| How do I get to the ship |
| If you have flights booked through the cruise line as part of a package, a representative from the cruise line will meet you by the baggage claim on arrival. They will escort you to the transfer shuttle that goes from the airport to the pre cruise hotel or port and back again after the cruise.
If you are traveling on a tailor made Fusion Package you will find all applicable transfer information contained within your ticket wallet. Inside you will find a transfer voucher. This will detail where your transfer shall pick you up and drop you off. If you encounter a problem the voucher will also contain emergency contact information for a local representative. |
| When will I know my flight times |
| If you booked the cruise lines flights package, you should receive your flight schedule around 3 weeks prior your cruise departure date.
The majority of cruise lines use major airline carriers, and they allow you enough travel time to safely arrive at the ship on time.
If you have booked a tailor made Fusion Package we will try to confirm this information at time of booking and also contain within your booking confirmation. |
| I am booking my own flights, any tips |
| If you are booking your own flights, we advise you consider arriving a day prior to your cruise to ensure your arrival at the port on time.
We fully advise any return flights should not be booked any earlier than midday on the date your cruise return. Please factor into your booking arrangements the distance you will travel to the airport and the possibility of your ship arriving late into port.
Please note by booking your own flight Fusion Cruises or any of its suppliers can be held responsible for missed or late departures. Please consult with you cruise specialist before purchasing. | Can I fly from my local airport |
| This depends on you holiday selection, we will endeavor to provide flights from your local airport wherever possible. Regional flights often carry a supplement and are not always a direct route to your destination.

| What age is a child considered an infant |
| A child up until the age of 2 is considered to be an infant. An Infant will normally pay a reduced fare and sit on the parent or guardians lap. For an infant to have there own seat a child fare will apply. |
| How do I get extra legroom on my flight |
| Many airlines today will allow guests to pre book their seat allocation or select seats with additional legroom. The process and cost varies depending on the airline. Please contact us or mention at time of booking to your cruise consultant. Fusion Cruises will always endeavor to ensure all your requirements can be fulfilled. |
| What is my luggage allowance |
| This all depends on the airline you are flying with. Your luggage allowance will be confirmed on your tickets. Many airlines today operate allowances between 15 – 23 kg for a standard economy seat.

| When do I need to check in for my flight |
| When traveling within the European Union you must check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to departure. When traveling worldwide you must check in a minimum of 3 hours prior to departure.
