This city is a full on experience, a beguiling labyrinth of centuries old streets, tiny tapas restaurants serving possibly the best dishes you’ll taste south of Madrid and a paradise of Mudejar architecture and tranquil palm trees and fountain-filled gardens. You'll board our ship at 5 p.m. After comfortably settling into your cabins, we'll introduce our crew at a welcome cocktail and present your exciting cruise program. Spend the day on an excursion to Crdoba (driving time is approximately 2 hours round trip). Crdoba began its prosperous era in the 18th century when it was conquered by the Moors. During this time, over 300 mosques and countless palaces were built. We'll have lunch in a local restaurant. You're free to do as you please in the afternoon. After our tour, we'll return on board in Seville. |

Believed to be the oldest town on the Iberian Peninsula, the Andalusian port of Cádiz enjoys a stunning location at the edge of a six-mile promontory. The town itself, with 3,000 years of history, is characterised by pretty white houses with balconies often adorned with colourful flowers. As you wander around be sure to take a stroll through the sizeable Plaza de Espãna, with its large monument dedicated to the first Spanish constitution, which was signed here in 1812. Cádiz has two pleasant seafront promenades which boast fine views of the Atlantic Ocean, and has a lovely park, the Parque Genoves, located close to the sea with an open-air theatre and attractive palm garden. Also notable is the neo-Classical cathedral, capped by a golden dome. |

Enjoy a tasting of some local specialties in El Puerto de Santa Maria this morning. After we return on board, we'll begin to cruise to Isla Minima. We'll set off for a visit to a traditional hacienda. You'll discover the hacienda's beautiful architecture with its impressive Andalusian patio and watch a horse show in its private arena. We'll return on board after the show and begin to cruise to Seville. Gala dinner and evening. |

Built between the 15th and 16th centuries, Las Dueas was named after former monastery of Santa Mara de las Dueas. It has several buildings, courtyards, and gardens. Then, prepare yourself for a blast at the Seville Fair. This is the unique occasion to discover and participate in traditional Andalusian festivities. We'll return on board. |
