Morning Experience: Expressions of Interest – Beach and Coastal Exploration Guests seeking a more relaxed experience may choose to swim in the island’s calm, crystal-clear waters, unwind on the white-sand beach, or enjoy a leisurely walk along the shoreline. The island also offers opportunities to observe coastal flora and discover shells and other natural treasures washed ashore. During lunch, Greg Mortimer will reposition southeast toward Dapunlol in the heart of the Misool archipelago. Duration: 3 hours Level of Difficulty: Active Important information: This moderately strenuous hike involves uneven terrain and a steep ascent of 236 steps up a karst limestone hill, with some steps potentially worn or slippery. The climb takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the summit. Sturdy walking shoes, sun protection, and adequate hydration are recommended. Afternoon Experience: Expressions of Interest - Sumalelen Ancient Rock Art Explore the fascinating ancient rock art of Sumalelen, where prehistoric handprints, sailing vessels, and ceremonial motifs adorn the limestone cliffs.
