The lovely little dual islands of Bimini consists of two main islands—North Bimini Island and South Bimini Island— as well as countless cays. Located just 50 miles off Florida’s coast, Bimini is the closest Bahamian island to the United States, and as such is the most “American” if all the Bahamian Islands. Yet, the miles and miles of pristine beaches are witness to the fact that yes, this is the Bahamas and yes, this is paradise indeed. See-through water and sandy white shores punctuate this geographically poetic port. And like any good haiku, it's cloaked in seductive mystery. Besides having access to the island’s incredible biodiversity in marine life, boating, snorkeling and even historic shipwreck diving, sailors get exclusive access to The Beach Club — Virgin's private beach club experience. Peaceful mornings and restorative days or amplified afternoons at the DJ-led pool party —our club is designed to answer whatever your specific mood is calling for. But regardless of your energy level, the bonfire finale will be nearly impossible to pass on.

Nassau's sheltered harbor bustles with cruise-ship activity, while a block away Bay Street's sidewalks are crowded with shoppers who duck into air-conditioned boutiques and relax on benches in the shade of mahogany and lignum vitae trees. Shops angle for tourist dollars with fine imported goods at duty-free prices, yet you'll find a handful of stores overflowing with authentic Bahamian crafts, food supplies, and other delights. With a revitalization of downtown ongoing—the revamped British Colonial Hilton leading the way—Nassau is recapturing some of its past glamour. Nevertheless, modern influences are completely apparent: fancy restaurants, suave clubs, and trendy coffeehouses have popped up everywhere. These changes have come partly in response to the growing number of upper-crust crowds that now supplement the spring breakers and cruise passengers who have traditionally flocked to Nassau. Of course, you can still find a wild club or a rowdy bar, but you can also sip cappuccino while viewing contemporary Bahamian art or dine by candlelight beneath prints of old Nassau, serenaded by soft, island-inspired calypso music. A trip to Nassau wouldn't be complete without a stop at some of the island's well-preserved historic buildings. The large, pink colonial-style edifices house Parliament and some of the courts, while others, like Fort Charlotte, date back to the days when pirates ruled the town. Take a tour via horse-drawn carriage for the full effect. Dive into the cerulean waters, explore the lively culinary and cultural synergies that permeate the hills of downtown, or set out through the Primeval Forest — soaking in the remarkably undisturbed tropical landscape.

For Extra Virgin, our pasta-focused eatery deeply rooted in Italian traditions, we felt the same goes for your surroundings. With communal tables and a private∘ dining room inspired by a "mobster's lair," this is the perfect space to enjoy top-tier dining that feels like a home-cooked meal.

Trattoria serving regionally-inspired and approachable food, deeply rooted in Italian culinary traditions with handmade fresh pasta made daily. A meal begins with shared antipasti followed by approachable pasta-centric favorites. Extra Virgin features a wide and wonderful world of amari and digestivi and traditional Italian aperitifs designed to stimulate the appetite.

Gunbae

In Korea, you're not drinking right if you're doing it alone. In Gunbae, we believe the same goes for eating (and drinking, of course). Enjoy the best Korean BBQ on the seven seas with the first round top-shelf soju shots on the house.

If you're into hands-on meat-grilling and soju drinking, our Korean BBQ is the perfect spot to do all that with maximum social engagement (IRL, but feel free to 'gram it if you want). It's a catalyst∘ for great conversation since we all have that one friend who insists on being the meat-master. Go ahead and roast the master while they roast the meat

Pink Agave

Tom Dixon didn't hold back when designing this upscale and refined Mexican restaurant. Fuelled by the power of simple and fresh ingredients coming together for an explosion of flavour. Salty rim, anyone?

Razzle Dazzle

So your best friend wants something light and healthy, and you want to get real weird? This is that place. Boasting a bold interior, this restaurant offers creative suprises on some classic, comfort go-tos. Whether you're looking for something familiar (#basic can be good) or something spicy∘ and out of left field, this place does all of that with a twist (bfast, lunch, dinner, baby).

Test Kitchen

In this Concrete Amsterdam designed experimental, lab-like restaurant, chefs will have carte blanche. They've hand-picked all the ingredients and written them down on your menu. As for how those ingredients will come together, you won't know unless you dare to dine with us.

Inspired by Escoffier’s Ma Cuisine, this laboratory-like eatery is part cooking school and part restaurant. It's educational, experiential∘ and social. With classes and evolving tasting menus, this is for the curious, boundary-pushing tastebuds on board.

The Dock

Okay, frankly we'd be wild to build a ship and not have an eatery with a sun-drenched lounging area so you can combine all the things you love in one place (eating and views, obviously) so yep — we did that. The Dock feels like an elegant cabana caught between the chill, seaside perfection of Ibiza∘ and the rustic-chic resorts of Brazil.

The Galley

Modeled on popular food halls where visitors can taste a cornucopia from different restaurants, The Galley, designed by Softroom, will be the main space for the quick and casual meal throughout the day. The food hall will feature a mix of more than eight shops and food carts, each offering a unique concept with irresistible signature dishes that changes to suit the time of day. The Galley’s concepts include a dedicated bakery and pastry∘ shop, a panini shop, a burger grill, a taco shack, a sushi bar with bento boxes, a noodle bar, a soup and salad stand, and a 24-hour American diner.

The Pizza Place

The perfect spot for people watching and made to order pizza. At The Pizza Place, you have complete control over your pie, from the dough to the cheese, a little cracked pepper, a little ricotta, and any other topping∘ you want, watch it come to life right before your very eyes.

The Wake

Glamour is on the horizon at the aft of the ship. Designed by Roman and Williams, Wake offers sailors a dramatic view of the ship's wake while serving a sophisticated take on steak and seafood as well as a Sommelier led Magnum menu. Cheers, Sailor!

The perfect mix of sophistication, nostalgia and cool — entering The Wake is an event in and of itself. And once you've made your way down the grand staircase, you'll enter a world that harks∘ back to the old steakhouse, three-martini-lunch days of Madison Avenue ad men. But ya know, now with, thankfully, gender equality. And less cigar smoke.

The Dock

The Dock, an outdoor lifestyle space with a focus on comfort, social life and an appreciation for the ship's gorgeous views.

The Manor

Nightclubs on ships don’t tend to focus on atmosphere, as a good nightclub should. Lighting, navigation, hidden and open spaces, especially for dancing. The Manor has been designed by Roman∘ and Williams because of the strength of places they've done. They know how to create an atmospheric space.

The two-story, three bar space, named after Richard's first recording studio, is inspired by a classic theatrical zeitgeist - layered with a moody & sexy ‘70s, punk vibe. Ground-breaking shows will kick the night off before it transitions into a mind-blowing, goodbye-early-morning-workout nightclub.
