18th18 | AugAug | 202222 | Civitavecchia, Italy, embark on the Celebrity Beyond | 17:00
Italy's vibrant capital lives in the present, but no other city on earth evokes its past so powerfully. For over 2,500 years, emperors, popes, artists, and common citizens have left their mark here. Archaeological remains from ancient Rome, art-stuffed churches, and the treasures of Vatican City vie for your attention, but Rome is also a wonderful place to practice the Italian-perfected il dolce far niente, the sweet art of idleness. Your most memorable experiences may include sitting at a caffè in the Campo de' Fiori or strolling in a beguiling piazza.
19th19 | AugAug | 202222 | Naples, Italy | 07:00 | 18:00
Naples, in the Campania region, is Italy's third largest city. Its claim to fame is the spectacular location along one of the world's most splendid bays, backed by the perfect cone of Mount Vesuvius. In addition to its beautiful setting, Naples' surprises with other outstanding attractions such as the Royal Palace, San Carlos Opera House, the impressive National Archaeological Museum and the Castel Nuovo, dating from the 13th-century. The city's central area is best explored on foot. Chaotic traffic conditions make driving around the city a very frustrating experience. Naples provides a convenient starting point for trips to such favored destinations as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius. The Isle of Capri can be reached via a 45-minute hydrofoil service. The region of Campania was home to Greeks settlers some 300 years before Rome was founded. Pompeii, too, was a Greek town before being conquered by the Romans during the 5th century BC. It was under the Romans that Pompeii flourished and grew prosperous. When Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD, the population of 20,000 was wiped out, but dozens of buildings were preserved under layers of cinder more than 20 feet deep. The most important finds from Pompeii are displayed in Naples' National Archaeological Museum. A visit here will no doubt enhance a visit to ancient Pompeii.

Home to the Museo Regionale of Messina, known for featuring two of Caravaggio's paintings, the city is also famous for having been the capital of the ancient kingdom of Sicily.

22nd22 | AugAug | 202222 | La Spezia, Italy | 07:00
La Spezia is sometimes thought of as nothing but a large, industrialized naval port en route to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, but it does possess some charm, and it gives you a look at a less tourist-focused part of the Riviera. Its palm-lined promenade, fertile citrus parks, renovated Liberty-style palazzos, and colorful balcony-lined streets make parts of La Spezia surprisingly beautiful. Monday through Saturday mornings, you can stroll through the fresh fish, produce, and local-cheese stalls at the outdoor market on Piazza Cavour, and on Friday take part in the busy flea market on Via Garibaldi. There's also Porto Mirabello, a newly built tourist port with a pool club, shops, and several restaurants that overlook the fleet of super-yachts.

26th26 | AugAug | 202222 | Marseille, France | 07:00 | 17:00
Since being designated a European Capital of Culture for 2013, with an estimated €660 million of funding in the bargain, Marseille has been in the throes of an extraordinary transformation, with no fewer than five major new arts centers, a beautifully refurbished port, revitalized neighborhoods, and a slew of new shops and restaurants. Once the underdog, this time-burnished city is now welcoming an influx of weekend tourists who have colonized entire neighborhoods and transformed them into elegant pieds-à-terre (or should we say, mer). The second-largest city in France, Marseille is one of Europe's most vibrant destinations. Feisty and fond of broad gestures, it is also as complicated and as cosmopolitan now as it was when a band of Phoenician Greeks first sailed into the harbor that is today's Vieux Port in 600 BC. Legend has it that on that same day a local chieftain's daughter, Gyptis, needed to choose a husband, and her wandering eyes settled on the Greeks' handsome commander Protis. Her dowry brought land near the mouth of the Rhône, where the Greeks founded Massalia, the most important Continental shipping port in antiquity. The port flourished for some 500 years as a typical Greek city, enjoying the full flush of classical culture, its gods, its democratic political system, its sports and theater, and its naval prowess. Caesar changed all that, besieging the city in 49 BC and seizing most of its colonies. In 1214 Marseille was seized again, this time by Charles d'Anjou, and was later annexed to France by Henri IV in 1481, but it was not until Louis XIV took the throne that the biggest transformations of the port began; he pulled down the city walls in 1666 and expanded the port to the Rive Neuve (New Riverbank). The city was devastated by plague in 1720, losing more than half its population. By the time of the Revolution, Marseille was on the rebound once again, with industries of soap manufacturing and oil processing flourishing, encouraging a wave of immigration from Provence and Italy. With the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869, Marseille became the greatest boomtown in 19th-century Europe. With a large influx of immigrants from areas as exotic as Tangiers, the city quickly acquired the multicultural population it maintains to this day.
27th27 | AugAug | 202222 | Barcelona, Spain, disembark the Celebrity Beyond | 06:00
The infinite variety of street life, the nooks and crannies of the medieval Barri Gòtic, the ceramic tile and stained glass of Art Nouveau facades, the art and music, the throb of street life, the food (ah, the food!)—one way or another, Barcelona will find a way to get your full attention. The capital of Catalonia is a banquet for the senses, with its beguiling mix of ancient and modern architecture, tempting cafés and markets, and sun-drenched Mediterranean beaches. A stroll along La Rambla and through waterfront Barceloneta, as well as a tour of Gaudí's majestic Sagrada Famíliaand his other unique creations, are part of a visit to Spain's second-largest city. Modern art museums and chic shops call for attention, too. Barcelona's vibe stays lively well into the night, when you can linger over regional wine and cuisine at buzzing tapas bars. |

For Retreat guests only -
Your private restaurant, Luminae at The Retreat, features a new design by Kelly Hoppen that's as boldly elegant as the cuisine. And it's been repositioned to the front of the ship with panoramic floor-to-ceiling views as good as our Iconic Suites. Explore exclusive menus crafted by our Michelin-starred chef that you won't find anywhere else on board, including signature dishes designed by legendary chef Daniel Boulud, our Global Culinary Ambassador.
We completely reimagined our already incredible main dining experience when we introduced Celebrity Edge®, and it’s only getting better on our third Edge® Series ship, Celebrity Beyond™. Once again, you can discover not one but four complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinctive design and signature dishes inspired by specific regions of the world. Now, you’ll find new menus and menu selections across our main restaurants. Even the cuisine takes you to new places aboard Celebrity Beyond.
On Celebrity Beyond, world renowned chef Daniel Boulud, our Global Culinary Ambassador, has created his first signature restaurant at sea—Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. From the moment you step inside Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, your experience will be so much more than a meal.

The open sea is one of the most rejuvenating places you can be, and we took full advantage of this in creating a redesigned, two-story Sunset Bar that’s nearly twice the size as before. The aft location offers amazing wake views, creating the perfect backdrop for the vision of designer to the stars Nate Berkus. That’s right—our Edge Series Design Ambassador, who needs no introduction, has stepped into the role of designer himself to imagine one of the most anticipated venues on Celebrity Beyond.
What better place could there be to gaze at the sea than float pools that are cantilevered over the open ocean? This feat is one of the highlights of our redesigned Rooftop Garden, which now extends right over the water’s edge. The living urban playscape that debuted on our Edge Series has turned over a whole new leaf on Celebrity Beyond, thanks to the vision of world-renowned designer Kelly Hoppen, CBE, and architect Tom Wright, of WKK.
Our popular Martini Bar - always an attention-seeker on any of our ships - is now the focal point of the entire Grand Plaza. The Chandelier, a breathtaking chandelier-meets-art-installation immediately draws your eye from anywhere in the space. Below its atmospheric glow, the bar curves gracefully∘ around to invite conversation and interaction with our talented flair bar tenders who'll impress you with their gravity-defying skills.
Choose from a wide variety of tantalising libations, including our Bella Cera that blends Chameleon cachaça, Bombay Sapphire gin, lime juice, Angostura bitters, and ginger beer. Or try the Marmalade Smash that fuses Bulleit bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange marmalade, and fresh ginger. Pull up a chair and raise a glass.
The Grand Plaza is a transformational place that offers a different experience every time you visit. From day to night, the lighting changes from warm and inviting to bright and dramatic. And, on Celebrity Beyond, we re-enlisted the creative genius of the design firm Jouin Manku who created the original three-story space, inspired by the piazzas of Italy and the invigorating energy of everyone coming together to savor a taste of the good life, to reimagine this wildly popular venue and make it even more unforgettable. Together, we achieved in exactly that. One of Jouin Manku’s fundamental values in creating a space is reinventing itself with each project by working on a unique concept. So, they were the perfect choice for taking a venue as breathtaking as the original Grand Plaza and improving on it.
Connecting with each other, your fellow travelers, and the beauty of your surroundings is at the heart of why we travel. So, in designing Celebrity Beyond, we’ve expanded our already impressive collection of bars and lounges to give you even more places to do exactly that, and we’ve made some of our fleet-favorite bars even more extraordinary.
Every entertaining moment is more exciting than the next. The entertainment aboard Beyond raises the bar on holidays to even greater heights with experiences that are just as revolutionary, just as technologically mind-blowing, and just as carefully crafted as Celebrity Beyond itself. Stay Tuned for exciting news.
Whether you’re joining the excitement of the daily activities that take place here or popping in at night for the cutting-edge entertainment experiences, The Club offers hours of entertainment—with a completely new look.
Welcome to one of the best places to take in views from the water’s edge. The Magic Carpet® is a cantilevered, floating platform that reaches heights of 13 stories above sea level. Majestically situated on the starboard side of the ship, it makes Celebrity Beyond’s sleek profile recognizable from miles away. Designed with comfortable seating, a full bar, and space for live music performances, it truly is a destination itself.
Celebrity Beyond brings back our mind-blowing venue, Eden. Here, you’ll excite every sense in a multi-level, architectural masterpiece. Eden is a true window to the world—three stories of windows, to be exact. The sheer size of Eden will amaze you. In fact, Eden has more outward-facing glass than any other venue at sea, so here you’ll feel more connected to the sea—and the stunning destinations beyond. Eden offers a transformative atmosphere that changes from chillful mornings to playful afternoons to wonderful evenings. With Eden Café, Eden restaurant, and Eden Bar, three levels of cozy nooks, lounge seating, and lively entertainment, no matter what time of day or night you visit Eden, it will leave you intrigued and wanting more.
The Resort Deck is unlike any other outdoor space at sea—or anywhere. Here, you’ll find endless ways to enjoy the outdoors and connect with the sea, including the Rooftop Garden, the adults-only Solarium pool, and the Main Pool—an asymmetrical space surrounded by an outward-facing, terraced pool deck, so while unwinding poolside, the ocean views become the main focal point.
For guests of The Retreat -
The Retreat Sundeck on Celebrity Beyond offers you two levels of unadulterated outdoor bliss. Kick back poolside with a cocktail delivered by a dedicated attendant who's there to take care of your every whim. We've even added a second hot tub, so you have more room for a soothing soak. Curl up with a book in one of the secluded cabanas - or in Kelly Hoppen's chic new seating areas that surround you with a calming Zen garden vibe. Make new friends over drinks at The Retreat Bar. More of The Retreat Sundeck means more space to disconnect - in style.
For guests of The Retreat -
